Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once they have been approved by the customer. Approval confirms that the customer accepts the final design, product specifications, and any other custom features.

Changes to custom orders must be requested before final approval. Once the order is approved, no changes can be made.

All orders are shipped via Priority Mail, unless otherwise stated. Orders will be shipped in a poly bag, except for bulk orders, which may require alternative packaging.

4.3 Delivery Time:
Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary based on the destination and any unforeseen delays from the shipping carrier.
